I am really shocked by this. Later, I learned that there are also diamond grinding discs made by some manufacturers in China with the same idea, only resin powder and diamond, which are also very easy to use. This indicates that fewer materials can also be used to make good resin bond diamond grinding wheels.
But most Chinese designers of resin bond diamond & CBN grinding wheels also have the different design concept. They always use more than 5 types of raw materials, for example, most of the people who had ever seen Chinese resin bond diamond & CBN grinding wheels, must know there are so kinds of the color, this is a proof that Chinese designer use many kinds fillers for adjusting the resin bond diamond & CBN grinding wheels.

For making good quality diamond & CBN grinding wheels, no doubt the formula is important, but the sintering technology is more important, this is why by using simple formulas German can make good quality diamond & CBN grinding wheels while Chinese can’t achieve that.
